Jolene has over 17 years experience in the telecoms industry, specialising in traditional telephony, VOIP and data solutions. Jolene has built and maintained a loyal and highly successful service and support team and continues to build upon her success, recently qualifying as a Prince2 Practitioner and achieving the ISO 9001:2015 quality accreditation for Sirius.

Lee is a member of the Chartered Institute for I.T and has over 20 years’ experience in IT and Information Security. Qualified as a Sophos Certified Architect, Lee has also helped bring many novel vendors, such as Astaro Internet Security, Cobalt and Antefacto into the UK marketplace. Delivering IT solutions and support to companies of all sizes from small start-ups to multi-regional operations.

Brian Elam

Cabling and Infrastructure Engineer

Brian is a former BT engineer that has been working in the telephony industry for over 40 years.   He started his career deploying and maintaining intercoms, switchboards, and telephone systems, connecting them to the public telephone network. Today much of Brian’s work involves the design and delivery of cabling infrastructure for customers looking to optimise their office space. Installing and terminating copper and fibre cabling, cabinets and patch panels, through to phone system, door entry and CCTV installations.
