Confirmation of dates during which non urgent provisioning will be frozen, to ensure service reliability.
Team Sirius are fully committed to ensuring our customers have a reliable service at all times.
To avoid any unnecessary risks, and to mirror our suppliers, we will be imposing a Provisioning freeze between Wednesday the 21st of December 2022 and Tuesday the 3rd of January 2023.
Any new line installations, broadband activations or port dates which fall into this period, will be moved out to the first available appointment slot in the New Year.
Exceptions outside this change freeze will be emergency changes to address a fault, and some minor service amendments (diverts, etc.)
