Confirmation of dates during which non urgent provisioning will be frozen, to ensure service reliability

The Christmas Provisioning Freeze

Team Sirius are fully committed to ensuring you and your customers have a reliable service at all times.

To avoid any unnecessary risks, and to mirror our suppliers, we will be imposing a Provisioning freeze between the 22nd of December 2021 and the 4th of January 2022.

Any new line installations, broadband activations or port dates which fall into this period, will be moved out to the first available appointment slot in the New Year.

Exceptions outside this change freeze will be emergency changes to address a fault, and some minor service amendments (diverts, etc.)
