Working with Sirius, gives you direct access to a technician, who can remotely log onto the devices you are having problems with using the internet, allowing swift investigation, diagnostics and, ultimately, a fix.

Pre Paid Support Blocks
Buy engineering time in a block, upfront, in advance. Time is deducted from your allowance as Support is provided, and you can top up your account as and when you need to.
Monthly Cover
Pay ongoing rental per User or Device. Allowing you control over which to support.
Pay as you Go Support
Exactly as it says on the tin. No ties, no fuss. Support, as and when you need us.
